What changed on the staging environment (https://stg-rcme.membervu.com), per release window. Each entry consolidates the membervu/membervu-pm issues (enhancements, bug fixes, security) closed in that window, grouped by module + feature, with a "What to verify" hint so testers can review the update.

How to use: open the latest release, work top-to-bottom by module, and verify each "What to verify" item on stage. Flag anything that doesn't behave as described. Items marked ⚠ need branch/behaviour confirmation before testing.
